Blog#6: There's Something in the Air
Part One: A Learned Conversation
What is a virus? Well, it's something that makes you ill. It can make you very ill. It can cause you to end up a prisoner in your own house for weeks on end, it can be so dangerous. What a silly question: what is a virus? Everybody knows what a virus is.
"How do you know what a virus is?"
"Everybody knows. As I said before, don't be silly."
"Yes, but how does everybody know, precisely?"
"They've been told, I suppose."
"OK. And who told them?"
"Mum, dad, doctors, biology teachers."
"Yes, and how do they know?"
"They've been told."
"But how? By whom?"
"The doctors have studied at medical school. They know."
"And how do they know?"
"They've read it in books, heard it in lectures."
"But have they really examined where the material in the books and lectures comes from? Have they really studied it?"
"I suppose not. I mean, they have a lot to get through in their course. They don't have time for all that."
"OK. So do they really know what they are talking about? Or are they just taking it on faith?"
"Look, you're beginning to irritate me. Go away."
And in this way is created what we know as 'the world'.
Part Two: What Exactly is a Currant Bun?
Not everyone believes that viruses are the cause of disease. There was a time when the subject was a hot potato, up for proper debate and discourse. Nowadays, it is filed under 'received truths' that shape the world of beliefs and ideas that people inhabit, and which effectively run their lives for them.
One name to come to prominence since the arrival of the current bug (also known as a currant bun, which, however, is more readily proven to exist) is Dr Andrew Kaufman. He doesn't think that viruses are what nearly everybody thinks they are, and he is not alone in this preposterous claim. A virus, says our likeable renegade, is not the cause of a disease. Rather, it is a result, a product, of an already diseased organism. If you try to cure an ailment by having a go at the virus, you are not getting at the root of the problem; you are simply taking a hammer to an effect.
What is normally termed 'virus' is, according to Dr Kaufman, the body's response to impending illness, or an alarm signal sent out to warn the rest of the body that danger is around. The body produces viruses (which the good doctor says are the same as exosomes) as part of its mechanism of protection, and for the body to get into gear to deal with toxic attack.
Having read and listened to a variety of sources on the subject over the past year, I find the theory very plausible. By the by, it places prime responsibility for health on the individual, rather than relying on pharmaceuticals to cure all and sundry. It suggests personal empowerment, not giving up the sovereignty of your body to an 'authority'. And therein lies a clue as to the supremacy of the 'dangerous virus, needs a vaccine' theory of human health.
There remains, however, a considerable stumbling block to the acceptance of this notion. What about 'contagion', 'infection'? It does appear that a person catches a cold or the flu, apparently viral illnesses, from another person. We've all had that experience: "Coughing and sneezing today. Must have caught it from the bloke on the bus." It seems real enough, though the issue is clouded by the mystery of how some people catch the virus from the guy on the bus, while others walk away free. The answer may lie in studies made by human beings, but I have failed to find it there. I have, however, discovered it in what we might term extra-terrestrial communication.
The most concise and lucid presentation on viruses that I have come across is in one of the Cosmic Agency videos-and-transcripts from around a year ago. It is part of a response to the currant bun situation, and comes from Yazhi/Swaruu, from Taygeta in the constellation of Pleiades. The impression is of a communication, not from a mind struggling to come to terms with a weird theory about disease, but from a mind in complete control of the information, at total ease with it.
As I understand this explanation, things go a bit like this:
Fred lives in a house with his wife, Ethel. One day he begins, for whatever reason, to feel unwell. In response, his body starts to release exosomes/viruses/whatever. This is part of the detoxification process of the organism, as well as being a warning to other cells in his body of the toxic situation which has arisen, and to put their natural defences into action. As part of the purification process, Fred starts coughing.
Meanwhile, Ethel isn't in a very good way. She has spent much of the past year locked inside her house, and is very stressed because she hasn't been able to see her grandchildren, who she loves dearly, for months now. She has put on weight as a result of lack of exercise, and because of the chocolates she has consumed while sitting in front of the television every day getting scared by what she sees there.
Inevitably, Ethel gets in the way of Fred's coughing. Her weakened organism picks up on the exosomes/viruses/whatever secreted from Fred's lungs, and recognises them as a warning sign of toxic material nearby. Her system with its weak immune system goes into overdrive, producing large numbers of exosomes blah blah blah to try and cope. She feels crap with the toxic overload, goes to bed with a fever, and becomes another statistic on the list. Easy.
Part Three: Conversations Continued
For the sake of completeness, I relay another conversation which is to be had. It goes something like this:
"OK, clever clogs. Covid is real. I know. I've had it. So have lots of people I know. The bloke who lived down the road died from it. Horrible it was."
"Sorry to hear about your neighbour. I'm sure that you and these people were ill. But how do you know it was covid?"
"Well, the doctors and nurses and hospitals said so I guess."
"And how do they know it was covid?"
"Look, mate. I had the test. I know it was covid."
"Yes, but what is the test?"
"It's the covid test, stupid. It tests for covid."
"No it doesn't. If you read about it, you find that it tests for a sequence of genetic material that is assumed to denote covid, but it doesn't. If you magnify the test enough, some of that material is to be found in every single human being. It does not test for a virus."
"Look, mate. It's a covid test. I know, it's on the television every day. And a final piece of advice - put on a mask before you go into the supermarket next time."
I did a quick mental survey of some of the people I know, or know of, who claim to have had covid in recent times. One woman had a couple of nights of really bad stomach pain - it is her sensitive area, she said - but was soon feeling fine. Her husband had the sniffles, nothing more. Another couple didn't know where they caught covid (maybe that's because they didn't 'catch' it at all), since they had been shielding. The lady felt rough for a while, but is now OK. Her husband had been diagnosed with prostate cancer over a decade ago, and was very poorly, having recently undergone experimental treatments which involved travelling internationally. He was rallying, then went downhill, and sadly died.
A student felt awful for a while during the winter, and was miserable at being confined to her room for a fortnight. Another woman was ill for weeks with covid, then took antibiotics and immediately recovered. As a result she says that covid is a bacterial infection, nothing to do with viruses at all.
Let's factor in the multitude of sports folk who have 'tested positive' while feeling absolutely hunky-dory. I recall Cristiano Ronaldo, who tested this way more than once, which meant he missed a whole bunch of 'important' football matches; he reported that the test is bullshit (his words). And the army of tennis players who turned up in great health for the Australian Open, only to be ordered to quarantine in their hotel rooms for a fortnight as a result of their tests.
Now, call me simple-minded, but I generally consider an illness to have a typical profile of symptoms. Get the measles and you know what to look for. Flu: temperature, fever, no appetite, probably headache, general feelings of crappiness. But amongst its many novel aspects, covid has an incredible variety of symptoms. Never known a bug like it before, to tell the truth.
To anybody whose reasoning faculties have not been deleted by a poison diet of threat, fear, and confusion from the lamestream media, the most likely reason is staring us squarely in the face. The pandemic is a confection of almost every malady under the sun. Even official stats confirm that seasonal flu went on total holiday this year. Funny that..... It appears that covid can do anything, so anything can be ascribed to covid. Simple.
Part Four: Invasion of the Turquoise Giraffes
You'll have heard by now, I'm sure. It's real. The turquoise giraffes.
It all kicked off in southern Sudan. People started falling out of trees, dying grisly deaths. I know it's true, I saw the photos. Dropping dead out of nowhere.
It's the turquoise giraffes. Just a look from them can bring you down stone dead, they're that bad. And now they've got laser guns as well.
And, worst of all, now they've arrived. Here. They're hiding in the hills just north of Fort William as I write. Round the back of the Grey Corrie mountains. I know the place, I've been walking there several times. And now the turquoise giraffes are there, up in the corrie. It's terrible. Spean Bridge, the villages along Loch Ness, they'll get it especially bad. But nobody's safe. Best to stay indoors - don't get out of bed at all if you can help it. Wear goggles and a balaclava all the time, that's what the authorities say you have to do. Nothing's too much for the turquoise giraffes. I know it's true and real, I've been told so. Seen it on the television. Thank goodness Nicola's got it under control. As for me, I doubt I'll ever leave the house again. Can't be too careful when the giraffes are around.
